CANCELLATION POLICY

 

After you have placed an order on the website of Bindi, you are free to cancel your order anytime within 24 hours of placing your order through My Order section. No cancellation shall be possible once the product is shipped by Bindi LLP and the customer will have to opt for return of goods purchased.

Please note that Bindi LLP reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer and that shall be as per internal Policy of Bindi LLP which shall be final.

 

Refund in case of Cancellation by customer or Bindi LLP.

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. Time for processing the refund. Bindi LLP will process your refund within Three (3) business days when an order is cancelled. However, it might take upto 10 days for the same to reflect in the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from depending on the constraints and time taken by the respective payment and banking partner.
